Our Elemental Health Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) consists of 3 hours per day, 3 days per week for up to 12 hours per week. Programming includes group therapy including nutritional educational counseling, therapeutic meals, individual therapy, family therapy, art therapy, medication management (when requested) and more.
Our Elemental Health experienced clinicians utilize a number of therapeutic interventions including:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Self Compassion
- Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment (CBT)
- Family-Centered Treatment
- Art Therapy
Our IOP can serve as a step-down level of care, helping adults upon discharging from a Residential or a Partial Hospitalization program. Our IOP can also be for adult clients requiring a higher level of care from an outpatient setting and allowing them to remain engaged with their lives.
Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program will start June 17th 2024 through August 9th 2024.
