Mission Statement
Elemental Health exists to guide and restore individuals and families impacted by mental health disorders, back to their Optimal Cognitive, Academic and Occupational Functioning via Holistic, Evidence-Based, Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program; in a Compassionate and Judgement Free environment.
Our mental health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to help adults whether in crisis, requiring immediate assistance, in lieu of inpatient hospitalization, crisis intervention, emergency room visit, or post acute hospitalization, as well as adults who are experiencing mental health challenges that require more than traditional outpatient care.
